Zinedu Classes Private Limited (“myClassroom”) is the gateway to premium and honest education for all. Therefore, we take pride in our teachers as well as students.
myClassroom Program means the programs mentioned below:
4 years Program (For students moving to Class IX)
3 years Program (For students moving to Class X)
2 years Program (For students moving to Class XI)
myClassroom Tuition Fee means the tuition fee charged by myClassroom for the above myClassroom Program
myClassroom Admission Fee means the admission fee charged by myClassroom for the above myClassroom Program
Scholarship means waiver of myClassroom Tuition Fee, waiver of myClassroom Admission Fee as mentioned on the myClassroom website i.e. myseat.myclassroom.digital (“Website”)
Any misconduct or unfair practice attempted by any student or any center will not be entertained at any level.
If a student is found behaving in an unpleasant manner or against the rules of myClassroom then he/she will receive a warning, after which we would expect an improvement in behaviour. Despite being warned if the individual student continues to misbehave, then their respective scholarship would be revoked immediately.
myClassroom will provide Scholarship to the eligible students only. The eligibility will be decided on the basis of performances in tests conducted for mySEAT, subject to scoring the minimum cut off marks for scholarships
Please take a firm note that the candidate is eligible for a Guaranteed Seat in IITs, AIIMS and Top 100 Engineering & Medical colleges and Scholarship only if she/ he enrolls with myClassroom in any of the myClassroom Programs.
Guaranteed Seats
The securing of seats in IITs, AIIMS and Top 100 Engineering & Medical colleges (as per NIRF ranking) under mySEAT are subject to obligation of the following parameters -
Classroom Attendance
DPP-Daily Practice Problems
Timed Tests
Submission Percentage in a timely manner
Submission Percentage
Average Score Percentage in each exam
90% and above
80% and above
90% and above
Minimum 40%
Students and the parents will be able to check the above parameters by logging on to the website / app of MyClassroom. In case of any discrepancy in the data is found then the matter should immediately bring it to the notice of the respective centre coordinator.
If even after fulfilling the above mentioned parameters in (a) above, a student fails to secure a seat in IITs, AIIMS and Top 100 Engineering & Medical colleges (as per NIRF ranking) then 100% of the myClassroom Tuition Fee paid by the student for myClassroom Program will be refunded within 7 days.
In case the student drops out from the myClassroom Program before the completion of enrolled myClassroom Program then the refund offer as mentioned above in Clause 12 (b) becomes null & void.
In case the student drops out from the myClassroom Program before the completion of enrolled myClassroom Program then the student shall pay the whole myClassroom Tuition Fee and myClassroom Admission Fee which was waived by myClassroom.
The scholarship amount will not be redeemed or clubbed with any other scholarships or discounts of any nature.
The management of myClassroom reserves all the rights to make the changes/modifications/cancellations in the scholarships, rewards, fee waiver/ study centers/test centers without any prior notice to anyone.
In case, student requires any clarification on any of the terms, the clarification given by the representative of myClassroom shall be final.
myClassroom reserves all the rights to use the results, photographs, testimonial letters, etc , as promotional material for the institute.
Incomplete submission of forms will result in the automatic cancellation of your entry for the examination.

For any disputes, all matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in New Delhi.
